Optimize and automate

Stop typing the same thing twice

I map how your work flows, then connect your tools so the repetitive admin runs on its own.

Process mapping

Every job starts here. Before changing anything, we look at how your work really flows: who does what, in which tool, and where time and mistakes creep in.

  • Each step and each tool, mapped
  • Where the time goes, and why
  • An honest answer on what’s worth automating

Workflow automation

Your tools talk to each other. A booking, a payment or a form updates the sheet, sends the confirmation and blocks the calendar, without anyone copying anything across.

  • Nothing typed twice
  • Built on the tools you already use
  • Bookings, invoices, reminders and reports

Works with

  • Stripe
  • Google Sheets
  • Gmail
  • Google Calendar

AI assistants

AI assistants that answer common questions, sort incoming emails and draft documents. You stay in control: they draft, you approve.

  • Answers drawn from your own FAQ and documents
  • Emails sorted, replies drafted
  • Nothing sent without your approval

Works with

  • Gmail
  • WhatsApp
  • Google Drive

What an automation looks like

A small guesthouse handling one online booking, before and after. Same tools, fewer steps, nothing typed twice.

Before 5 steps, all by hand

Every booking goes through you.

  1. Guest asks for prices on WhatsAppby hand
  2. You check dates in the notebookby hand
  3. You send payment details and waitby hand
  4. You copy the booking into a sheetby hand
  5. You block the dates on Booking.comby hand

After 1 step, done by the guest

The guest books, everything else happens on its own.

  1. Guest picks dates and pays on your websiteguest
  2. Confirmation and receipt go outautomatic
  3. The booking lands in your sheetautomatic
  4. Calendar and Booking.com updateautomatic
Booking to invoice

Form, payment, confirmation and calendar in one flow.

Invoice reminders

Polite nudges by email, then WhatsApp, until it’s paid.

Question assistant

The assistant drafts answers from your FAQ, you approve in one tap.

Questions about automation

Short answers. For anything else, just ask in your message.

What can you automate?

Repetitive work that moves information between your tools: bookings, invoices, payment reminders, reports, sorting emails, or answering common questions with an assistant. Process mapping comes first, so we only automate what’s worth it.

Do I need new software?

No. I build on the tools you already use, such as Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Stripe and WhatsApp, and only suggest a new one if it saves you real work.

How much does an automation cost?

Every job gets a free quote, with the price fixed before work starts. The deposit depends on the project’s total and is written in your quote.

Will an AI assistant answer my customers on its own?

No. It drafts answers from your own FAQ and documents, and you approve them: nothing is sent without your approval.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Once the job is paid in full, everything I build for you is yours.
