What We Teach
Traditional postures held with steady breath. Builds alignment awareness and inner stillness. The foundation of everything we teach.
Breath-linked movement through creative sequences. Builds heat, strength, and moving meditation. Come ready to sweat.
Deep, passive holds targeting fascia and joints. Three to five minutes per pose. Profoundly restorative — the antidote to everything.
Vipassana and metta techniques drawn from the Thai forest tradition. No experience needed — just willingness to sit.

What Students Say
"I've practised in studios across Bali, India, and Europe. Sala Sati is the real thing. Sana's Hatha class completely recalibrated my practice. No gimmicks, no Instagram yoga — just honest, deep teaching. I extended my stay twice."

"Marco's Vinyasa is the highlight of my week. I've been living in Chiang Mai for two years and this is the only studio I keep coming back to. The community is genuine — you actually get to know people here."
Thomas B.
Berlin, DE
"Lily's Yin class changed how I think about yoga entirely. I came in stressed from three months of traveling and left feeling like a different person. The studio itself is beautiful — teak floors, natural light, no pretension."
Yuki Tanaka
Tokyo, JP
"We tried four studios in the Old City before finding Sala Sati. The difference is night and day. The teachers actually care about your alignment, the space is impeccable, and the morning meditation sessions are transformative."
